Reporting
PLEASE Report by the Thursday following the last Sunday of the month!
1. The first thing we are recording is the average SDMI attendance for the month. This number is the average attendance of all discipleship events that your church has. Don’t count people more than once.
2. The second thing we record is your churches responsibility list. The responsibility list contains the names of persons to whom the local church will actively seek to minister. Notice: Please fill in a number in this place. Typing “Same” does not give any information to the database. There is no way for us to know each month what your number is unless you type it in. Even if it is the same. Thanks.
3. The third thing we record is your average Sunday morning worship attendance. And sorry, this does not include if you do a service at the care center. If you have three services, this would be the average of all combined.
Directions for reporting:
1. Click on the report tab right next to the Home tab.
2. Pick your church from the drop down menu.
3. Type in your password. The password for every church is 1234.
4. Click submit.
5. Put your number in each of the corresponding boxes. Please put a number in each box. Typing a word like, “SAME”, will end up being a zero.
6. Click submit.
7. Your done!!
